A couple of important updates for notifications that we already announced in our instagram account.
Request clients' reviews π
Now, effortlessly prompt clients for feedback with configurable notifications post-appointment in Barberly. Just activate in Notification Settings and link to your preferred Reviews page, or opt for our default.
Clients will get a review request by email or SMS once you mark an appointment as completed. So, it's best to update statuses during the day, unless you want to surprise your clients with a midnight message! π:
Template you can change in Notifications Templates. As usual.
One more thing
We've upgraded your notification and reminder templates to enhance communication. Now they include more details and a convenient button, allowing clients to view, edit, or cancel appointments which works even if client logged out, forgot password or never had the app.
